Honor — SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messages sent by Honor, operated by [Honor Technologies LLC] ("Honor," "we," "us"). By providing a mobile number to Honor, or by having a mobile number entered on your behalf as described below, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program description

Honor is a mobile app for organizing golf trips and games among friends. The only text message Honor sends is a one-time invitation. When an existing Honor user adds a friend who does not yet have an account, that user enters the friend's name and mobile number in the app and chooses to invite them by text. Honor then sends that person a single SMS introducing the app and providing a link to download it. We do not send marketing messages, recurring messages, or automated campaigns, and we do not use purchased, rented, or scraped phone number lists.

2. Consent

When an Honor user invites a friend by text, the user confirms they have that person's permission to receive a one-time invitation before sending. By entering a mobile number to send an invite, the sender represents that they have obtained the recipient's consent. Recipients receive only the single invitation message described above and are not enrolled in any ongoing messaging program.

3. Message frequency

Messages are one-time and transactional. A recipient receives a single invitation SMS per invite. Honor does not send recurring or scheduled messages.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Honor does not charge for text messages.

5. Opt out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, you will not receive further messages from Honor. Because our messages are one-time invitations, replying STOP will also prevent any future invitation texts to your number.

6. Help

7. Supported carriers

Honor's messages are supported by major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.

8. Privacy

Mobile numbers provided to Honor are used solely to send the invitation described in these SMS Terms and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://honor.golf/privacy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing, and mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at https://honor.golf/sms.
